BOX OF MOUSES

I got some mail yesterday
Somewhat odd I have to say
A little box, full of mice
I though, well hmmm, once or twice

Next came cans of caviar
I’m not sure just what those are
Then I got a laser light
Guess I could use that at night

I asked my wife if she knew
What we were supposed to do
With some tuna and a bell
The mailman said, “I can’t tell.”

Here’s some string, some yarn and stuff
Pretty sure we’ve got enough
Still it’s odd, I have a guess
Why this stuff to my address

My guess is good, now I know
Who did this, who spent my dough
My cat figured out, I bet
