FIND MY FROG

Dad said that I’ve got
A frog in my throat
Mom said it’s a bug
Next time wear a coat

I checked the bugs
I keep in my box
Did my frog escape
So sly as a fox

I opened my mouth
I wanted to see
Just where exactly
Where this frog could be

So I think my frog
Ate the bugs, one bite
And hop hopped right out
Of my mouth last night

‘Cause I’m back to school
I think that I might
Go to the pond and
Find my frog tonight
